Sabine Pass LNG Terminal

Hirschfeld is pleased to have been associated with Cheniere Energy, Inc. on the state-of-the-art Sabine Pass LNG Terminal project.

Located along the Sabine Pass River in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, the terminal will be capable of receiving and unloading approximately 400 LNG vessels each year after Phase 2 is complete.

Hirschfeld, working in conjunction with the main contractor, Bechtel, fabricated 2,317 tons of precision engineered steelwork which was used in the construction of the B.O.G. Shelter, Administration Building, Control Building and Pipe Racks, together with the associated miscellaneous steel items of handrail, grating and stairs.
