Consteel, acquired by Hirschfeld in 1998, converts engineering drawings to detailed shop drawings for our fabrication operations as well as third-party customers in the U.K. and continental Europe. Consteel has developed a proven track record of success on detailing designs for stadiums, commercial buildings, high-rise office buildings, hotels, convention centers, as well as industrial and manufacturing plants.

Established in 1976, Consteel’s detailing team is made up of fully qualified draftsmen with a wealth of experience in all aspects of structural design, detailing and steelwork fabrication requirements to national and international industry standards.

Consteel’s structural engineers and detailing teams make full use of the latest software programs, including TEKLA Structures, AutoCAD and our own in-house developed software.
