Hirschfeld has implemented a stringent and comprehensive safety program that is administered and monitored by senior management and employees at every level of the organization. Safety managers inspect fabrication facilities for compliance, hazard elimination, and OSHA violations on regular schedules to minimize accidents and associated lost time. Hirschfeld considers workplace accident prevention to be of primary importance in all phases of its operations and provides continual training on safety procedures and techniques to all shop personnel.
Hirschfeld is also totally committed to environmental awareness. Fabrication and coating facilities possess all necessary permits and authorizations from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
Our Company is committed to providing a safe and environmentally healthy workplace as well. We provide training in orientation and on the job to educate employees in safety-sensitive positions on ways to prevent accidents, and a basic knowledge of the equipment and material they will use in production. Through these programs and continued investment in technology, Hirschfeld’s pledge is to provide a safe and healthy work environment for employees, customers and visitors.
